Founded in the early 1990s and reimagined as Bianco Winegrowing in 2022, this company is rooted in Napa Valley and shaped by decades of quiet, steady work in the vineyard. While the name has changed, the spirit of the work remains the same—hands in the soil, eyes on the canopy, carrying forward a tradition of thoughtful farming with a focus on renewal, resilience, and the evolving rhythm of the land.

Winegrowing, for us, goes beyond agriculture. It’s a living collaboration between nature, people, and time, with the aim of producing fruit—and ultimately wine—that reflects both site and season. We manage vineyards from the ground up, combining agricultural skill, environmental care, and a deep understanding of terroir to support the winemaker’s vision.

What sets us apart is simple. We care deeply about the end product, even if our name isn’t on the bottle. We invest in our team, because good farming starts with people who are seen and supported. And we farm with intention—leaning into organic practices not because it’s fashionable, but because it’s what the land and the people deserve.

We’re hands-on. We question the old way of doing things. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t chase shortcuts. Our work may not be the cheapest, or the simplest. But it’s deliberate. Transparent. Focused. And always rooted in care—for the fruit, for the people, and for the place.

“When we’ve done our jobs right, everything aligns, but it also feel natural, easy. Mother nature works with us instead of against us.”
